Getting Started

Going to a new school can be tough sometimes. Meeting new people, finding the best study areas in school, and in general finding where you are even supposed to go. I am a pretty social person and I make sure to set aside time for social events. For instance, going to the mall and trying on random sunglasses just to make the trip worth it.
I knew that when I started going to this new school I would meet new people, make wonderful friends and hopefully these friendships would last a lifetime. My first and foremost reason for attending college is to get a Nursing Degree (BSN) and a Respiratory Care (RT) associates degree.
This is my prime reason for even attending school. After you have been studying all day about the human body and what part of the body creates what hormone you are going to need a break. This is where new friends play a role. I have found some wonderful friends at Ferris all ready. We keep in contact while I am here and they are up there. I can't wait to live up there someday and study what God has given me a desire for. Oh, life at Ferris!
